It applies to personal information we collect online and offline. THIS POLICY IS PART OF, AND INCORPORATED INTO, THE SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE TERMS OF SERVICE, INCLUDING ITS BINDING INDIVIDUAL-ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, CLASS-ACTION AND MASS-ACTION WAIVER, JURY-TRIAL WAIVER, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, AND ONE-YEAR LIMITATIONS PERIOD. Any dispute relating to privacy or this Policy is governed by, and resolved in accordance with, those provisions. You may review the Terms of Service at www.sweepstakesonline.com. By accessing or using the Sites, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not access or use the Sites or provide us with any personal information.

1. Eligibility; Scope

1.1. The Services are offered only to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years old and located in eligible United States jurisdictions. The Sites are not directed to, and are not intended for, individuals located outside the United States or in any jurisdiction from which access to the Services is restricted. Do not use the Sites if you do not meet these requirements. 1.2. This Policy applies to personal information we process as a business/controller. It does not apply to information processed by third parties whose services or websites are linked to or integrated with the Sites, which are governed by those third parties' own privacy policies (see Section 11).

2. Personal Information We Collect

2.1. Information you provide. We collect personal information you provide directly, including: contact details (name, email address, telephone number, postal address); account and login information (username, unique user ID, password); identity and eligibility information (date of birth, age, government-issued identification, and verification data); transaction and purchase history; communications and correspondence with us; and preferences (such as marketing and communication preferences). 2.2. Information collected automatically. When you use the Sites, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, some of which may be personal information, including: IP address (which may indicate general geographic location); device identifiers, type, and characteristics; browser type and language; operating system and settings; referring and exit URLs and pages viewed; clickstream, interaction, and usage data; search terms; and access dates and times. We collect this information using cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, software development kits, and similar technologies (see Section 6). 2.3. Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from identity-verification, geolocation, anti-fraud, payment, analytics, advertising, and similar service providers, from social-media platforms you use to access the Sites, and from other lawful sources, and we may combine it with information we already hold. 2.4. Categories of personal information (for state-law purposes). In the terms used by certain state privacy laws, we may collect the following categories: identifiers; customer records and financial-account/payment information; commercial information; internet and network activity; geolocation data; audio/electronic information; profile inferences; and, only where you provide it, sensitive personal information such as government-identification numbers and account log-in credentials, which we use solely to provide the Services, verify identity and eligibility, prevent fraud, and comply with law, and not to infer characteristics. We do not seek to collect, and ask that you not provide, other categories of sensitive personal information.

3. How We Use Personal Information

3.1. We use personal information for our business and commercial purposes, including to: create, operate, maintain, and secure the Services and your account; verify your identity, age, location, and eligibility; provide, personalize, and improve the Services and games; process purchases of Gold Coins and administer promotions, sweepstakes, and prize redemptions; communicate with you, including service and transactional messages and, where permitted, marketing; conduct analytics, research, and product development; deliver and measure advertising, including targeted and interest-based advertising; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, prohibited-jurisdiction access, money laundering, and other unlawful or unauthorized activity; enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements; and comply with legal, regulatory, tax, and law-enforcement obligations. We may use personal information for any other purpose disclosed to you or to which you consent. 3.2. De-identified and aggregated information. We may create de-identified or aggregated information from personal information and use and disclose it for any lawful purpose. We will maintain and use such information in de-identified form and will not attempt to re-identify it except as permitted by law.

4. How We Disclose Personal Information

4.1. We may disclose personal information to: (a) Service providers and processors that perform services for us — including hosting and data storage, identity verification and geolocation, payment processing, fraud prevention, analytics, advertising and marketing, customer support, communications, and order and prize fulfillment — who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us; (b) Affiliates within our corporate group; (c) Advertising and analytics partners, as described in Sections 6 and 7; (d) Legal, regulatory, and law-enforcement recipients, where we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to comply with law or legal process, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, protect our rights, property, or safety or those of our users or the public, or investigate fraud, security, or unlawful activity; and (e) Successors in a business transaction — in connection with, or during negotiation of, any merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, in which personal information may be transferred as a business asset. 4.2. We may also disclose personal information with your consent or at your direction.

5. Sale of Personal Information; Sharing for Targeted Advertising

5.1. We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, our use of third-party cookies and similar technologies to deliver targeted and interest-based advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or "targeted advertising" or "processing for targeted advertising," under certain state privacy laws. 5.2. You may opt out of this activity as described in Sections 6 and 8. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as an opt-out of such sale/sharing/targeted advertising for the browser or device on which the signal is received. We do not knowingly sell or share for targeted advertising the personal information of individuals we know to be under 16 years of age (and, in any event, the Services are limited to individuals 21 and older).

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies

6.1. We and our service providers and partners use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate and secure the Sites, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and deliver and measure advertising. Most browsers accept cookies automatically; you can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies, but some features of the Sites may not function properly if you do. 6.2. Analytics. We use analytics and fraud-prevention providers, which may include Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, AppsFlyer, Bloomreach, Seon, and Graphyte, to understand and improve how the Services are used. These providers may collect information such as your IP address, device information, and usage activity. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. 6.3. Interest-based advertising. Third-party advertising partners may collect information about your online activities over time and across websites and apps to deliver interest-based advertising. You can exercise choices about interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance (http://www.aboutads.info/choices/) and the Network Advertising Initiative (http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/), and through the opt-out and preference-signal methods described in Sections 5 and 8. These industry tools are operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their performance.

7. Advertising and Remarketing

7.1. You may see our advertisements on other websites and apps because we work with advertising partners that engage in remarketing and interest-based targeting using automated means, including cookies, web beacons, and server logs. This helps us reach users by interest, demographic, and contextual criteria and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. Even if you opt out of interest-based advertising, we may still collect and use data for operational purposes such as fraud prevention, and you may still see non-targeted advertising.

8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

8.1. Marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the "unsubscribe" link in our emails or by contacting support@sweepstakesonline.com. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for changes to take effect. You will continue to receive service-related and transactional communications and communications we are legally required to send. 8.2. Opt-out preference signals. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other recognized opt-out preference signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising for the applicable browser or device. 8.3. State privacy rights. Depending on your state of residence and subject to verification and legal exceptions, you may have the right to: (a) confirm whether we process your personal information and access it; (b) obtain a portable copy; (c) correct inaccuracies; (d) request deletion; (e) opt out of the sale of personal information, of sharing/processing for targeted advertising, and of certain profiling; and (f) for California residents, limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information and obtain the categories of information and recipients described by the CCPA. We will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising these rights. 8.4. How to exercise rights. Submit a request by emailing support@sweepstakesonline.com. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity, which may require you to provide information matching what we hold or to authenticate through your account, before responding. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable as permitted). You may use an authorized agent where the law allows, subject to proof of authorization. We may decline or limit a request to the extent permitted by law, including where we cannot verify your identity or an exception applies. 8.5. Appeals. If we decline your request and the law provides an appeal right, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing legal@sweepstakesonline.com with "PRIVACY APPEAL" in the subject line. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.

9. Data Retention

9.1. We retain personal information for as long as we determine necessary to provide the Services, operate our business, and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, and thereafter as necessary to comply with our legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, anti-fraud, and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the purpose for which it is held. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information indefinitely.

10. Security

10.1. We take commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, and disclosure, including limiting access and using security systems and access controls. Payment-card transactions are handled by our third-party payment processors, and we do not store full payment-card numbers. 10.2. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot and do not guarantee the security of personal information. Any transmission of information is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible or liable for any unauthorized access to, or loss, misuse, or alteration of, personal information resulting from causes or events beyond our reasonable control, including your own acts or omissions, third-party products or services, power failures, natural events, civil disturbances, or criminal acts such as hacking, sabotage, or unauthorized circumvention of our security or privacy measures.

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

11.1. The Sites may contain links to, or integrations with, websites, applications, and services operated by third parties, and you may reach the Sites through third-party links or platforms (such as social-media services). We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third parties, and their practices may differ from ours. Information you provide to a third party is governed by that party's privacy policy, not this Policy. Review those policies before providing personal information.

12. Children

12.1. The Services are intended only for individuals 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 21, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

13. Non-Confidential Submissions

13.1. Please do not send us confidential or proprietary information except as required to use the Services. Any suggestions, ideas, feedback, or comments you send us will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit them for any purpose without compensation. We will not publish your name in connection with such submissions unless required by law or with your permission.

14. Changes to This Policy

14.1. We may update this Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and post the revised Policy on the Sites, and we will provide additional notice of material changes where required by law. Changes are effective when posted unless otherwise stated, and your continued use of the Sites after the revised Policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of it. We will review and update this Policy at least once every twelve (12) months to the extent required by applicable law.

15. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

15.1. This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to privacy or this Policy is subject to the good-faith notice process and the binding individual-arbitration agreement, class-action and mass-action waiver, jury-trial waiver, limitation of liability, and one-year limitations period set forth in the Terms of Service. To raise a dispute, send written notice to legal@sweepstakesonline.com with "DISPUTE NOTICE" in the subject line, describing the dispute and the relief sought; the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve it before resorting to arbitration as provided in the Terms of Service.

16. Assignment

16.1. We may freely assign or transfer this Policy and our rights and obligations under it to any successor or affiliate, including in connection with any transaction described in Section 4.1(e).
