Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

The Sweepstakes are open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least twenty-one (21) years old (or any greater age required by the law of their state) and who are not resident in a restricted jurisdiction. A User Account is required to participate. The complete list of restricted states and all other eligibility requirements are set out in our Official Sweepstakes Rules, which control in every case.

No purchase or payment is necessary to participate or to win. Free Sweeps Coins can be requested by mail under Section 14 of the Official Sweepstakes Rules: • Obtain your unique Player ID by signing into your Account, agreeing to the Terms of Service and Sweepstakes Rules, and completing the KYC process. • Handwrite a Sweeps Coins Request Card and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope, exactly as the Official Sweepstakes Rules require. • There is a limit of one (1) request card per outer envelope. Each conforming request is credited with the number of Sweeps Coins stated in the Official Sweepstakes Rules. • A Player ID is unique to your Account, may be used only once on one request, and may not be shared.

Use the AMOE Claim Form only if you have already mailed a request under the Official Sweepstakes Rules and believe it was received but not credited or not correctly credited. The claim form does not replace the request itself, and submitting it does not guarantee approval or credit.

1. Download the AMOE Claim Form (PDF) using the button above. No login or purchase is required. 2. Print and complete every section. In the "Website / Brand" field, write Sweepstakes Online. 3. Sign and date the Claimant Certification. 4. Keep a copy of the completed form together with your mailing or submission records. 5. Mail the original to the address below.

Mail completed claims to: AMOE Claims 2611 N Beltline Rd, Suite 130 Sunnyvale, Texas 75182 Claims must be legible, complete and signed. The "For Office Use Only" section must be left blank.

Every claim is subject to Account verification and to the Official Sweepstakes Rules. Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, ineligible or unverifiable claims may be denied. Sweeps Coins are never credited automatically on submission of a claim; they are credited only after a claim has been verified and approved. The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding as stated in the Official Sweepstakes Rules.
