This platform is operated pursuant to a software license agreement with TASKITT LTD, a Cyprus Corporation, 25 Voukourestiou Street, Neptune House, Office 11, 1st Floor Zakaki, 3045 Limassol, Cyprus, URL:www.sweepstakesonline.com ("SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE," "Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our"). These Official Promotional Sweepstakes Rules (the "Sweepstakes Rules" or "Rules") govern the promotional sweepstakes offered on the Platform (the "Sweepstakes"). These Rules are incorporated into, and form part of, the SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE Terms of Service ("Terms of Service") and are not a separate or replacement agreement. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. The SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE Privacy Policy and Responsible Social Gameplay Policy also apply to your participation. IMPORTANT — DISPUTE RESOLUTION. Your participation in the Sweepstakes is governed by the Terms of Service, including its binding individual-arbitration agreement, class-action, collective-action, and mass-action waiver, jury-trial waiver, and one-year limitations period. By participating, you agree to those provisions, subject to the 30-day opt-out described in the Terms of Service. You may review the Terms of Service at www.sweepstakesonline.com.

1.1. The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is MC Data Solutions LLC, c/o TASKITT LTD, URL: www.sweepstakesonline.com, with a registered business address at 2611 N. Beltline Rd., Suite 130, Sunnyvale, Texas 75182 (www.sweepstakesonline.com).

2.1. No purchase necessary. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to obtain Sweeps Coins, to enter or participate in any Sweepstakes, or to win or redeem any prize. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. 2.2. Not gambling. The Sweepstakes are promotional sweepstakes offered for entertainment only. They are not gambling, do not constitute a lottery or a casino, and do not offer any real-money gambling, betting, or wagering opportunity. Participation places nothing of value at risk. 2.3. Two separate currencies; Sweeps Coins never purchasable. The Platform uses two separate virtual currencies. Gold Coins are used only for the standard social games, have no monetary or redeemable value, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into cash, prizes, or anything of value. Sweeps Coins are used only for the Sweepstakes and may, subject to these Rules, be redeemed for prizes. Sweeps Coins can never be purchased. There is no mechanism to convert Gold Coins into Sweeps Coins or Sweeps Coins into Gold Coins, and the two currencies are never commingled. 2.4. No value. Sweeps Coins have no cash value and confer no property right. A Sweeps Coin balance only qualifies an eligible, verified Entrant to seek redemption of a prize strictly in accordance with these Rules.

3.1. Each individual Sweepstakes begins at the start of a play (each "spin" or "play round") and ends at the conclusion of that play. Each play is a separate Sweepstakes governed by these Rules.

4.1. The Sweepstakes are open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry: (a) are legal residents of, and physically located in, the fifty United States (excluding the Excluded Jurisdictions in Section 4.2); (b) are at least twenty-one (21) years of age (or the greater age of majority required by the jurisdiction of residence); and (c) have registered a free User Account and passed all applicable verification checks. There is never a charge to create a User Account. 4.2. Excluded Jurisdictions. The Sweepstakes are void, and Sweeps Coins may not be obtained, used, or redeemed, by any person located in or a resident of: Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, Washington, and West Virginia; by any person located outside the United States; and by any person in any other jurisdiction where the Sweepstakes are prohibited or restricted by law (collectively, the "Excluded Jurisdictions"). We may add to or modify the list of Excluded Jurisdictions at any time, in our sole discretion, including to reflect changes in applicable law, and any such change is effective when implemented. 4.3. Employees, officers, directors, members, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and the immediate family and household members of each, are not eligible to win prizes. 4.4. It is each Entrant's responsibility to ensure that participation is lawful in the Entrant's location. We do not provide legal advice and make no representation that participation is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. You may not participate through a VPN, proxy, or any means that disguises or misrepresents your location, and you must not be on any government sanctions or restricted-party list. 4.5. Responsible play; self-exclusion. Consistent with the Responsible Social Gameplay Policy, you may set participation limits or self-exclude at any time. We will not knowingly permit participation or redemption by a person who has validly self-excluded or whose limits would be exceeded, and we may decline participation in our discretion to support responsible play.

5.1. Participation constitutes each Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning and redeeming a prize is contingent upon satisfying every requirement of these Rules. 5.2. In the event of a dispute over the ownership of Sweeps Coins, the authorized holder of the email address registered to the User Account will be deemed the Entrant, provided that person satisfies all eligibility and verification requirements.

6.1. You must have a registered User Account to obtain and use Sweeps Coins. Registration is always free. Sweeps Coins may be obtained without any purchase or payment through the following methods, each subject to verification and to these Rules: (a) Registration bonus: up to five (5) free Sweeps Coins upon registering and passing verification. (b) Daily login: up to five (5) free Sweeps Coins per day for logging into your Account. (c) Social-media promotions: free Sweeps Coins through promotions we run from time to time on our official social-media channels; the number of Sweeps Coins offered and the entry requirements are disclosed in each promotion before entry. (d) Bonus accompanying a Gold Coin purchase: free Sweeps Coins may accompany a purchase of Gold Coins as a promotional bonus. The Gold Coins are the item purchased; the accompanying Sweeps Coins are always free, are never sold, and are provided at no additional cost. (e) Free mail-in Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): as described in Section 7. 6.2. Equal treatment; no advantage to purchasers. Sweeps Coins obtained through any free method — including the mail-in AMOE — are eligible to win and redeem prizes on exactly the same basis, and carry exactly the same odds of winning, as Sweeps Coins that accompany a Gold Coin purchase. A purchase provides no additional entries, no better odds, and no preferential access. To ensure the free methods remain equally favorable, Sponsor monitors the average value of Sweeps Coins distributed with Gold Coin purchases and will adjust the number of Sweeps Coins available through the AMOE and other free methods so that no advantage is conferred by purchasing.

7.1. Free AMOE. You may obtain Sweeps Coins with no purchase and no payment by (a) signing in and completing identity verification at no charge; and (b) submitting a handwritten mail-in Request Card by U.S. mail as described below. 7.2. One free request per day. You may submit one (1) free AMOE request (by either method described in Section 7.1) per calendar day, per Account, and there is no limit on the number of days on which you may submit a request. No purchase is required for any request, and a request code (Player ID) is available for each daily request. This daily AMOE opportunity, together with the other free methods described in Section 6, provides an opportunity to obtain Sweeps Coins that is at least equal to what a purchasing player can obtain per day, so that purchasing confers no advantage. 7.3. Mail-in Request Card address: MC Data Solutions LLC, C/O TASKITT LTD, URL: www.sweepstakesonline.com, with a registered business address at 2611 N. Beltline Rd., Suite 130, Sunnyvale, Texas 75182. 7.4. For each mail-in request, hand-write the following on the outer envelope: (i) your return address on the front; (ii) the URL www.sweepstakesonline.com; (iii) the words "SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE SWEEPS COINS"; and (iv) your SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE Player ID in the upper-left corner. 7.5. Enclose one (1) hand-written Request Card (or a similar hand-written card) stating: (A) your full name; (B) the URL www.sweepstakesonline.com; (C) your return address; (D) your SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE Player ID in the upper-left corner; (E) the email address registered to your User Account; and (F) the statement: "I would like to request free SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE Sweeps Coins in order to enter the promotional Sweepstakes offered on SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE. I agree to be bound by the Terms of Service and Sweepstakes Rules." 7.6. Player ID. A SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE Player ID is a unique combination of 4–13 digits obtained after sign-in and identity verification. A Player ID is unique to your Account and to a single Request. A Player ID may not be shared with or used by any other person; suspected sharing may result in disqualification in Sponsor's discretion. To obtain a Player ID: (a) sign into your User Account; (b) agree to the Terms of Service and these Rules; (c) follow the prompts; and (d) copy the Player ID displayed onto your Request Card. 7.7. Mail-in conditions. There is a limit of one (1) Request Card per outer envelope, and one (1) AMOE Request will be honored per Account per calendar day; additional Requests attributable to the same calendar day will not be credited. Each conforming Request results in one (1) Sweeps Coins credited to the Entrant's Account. Request Cards must be received at the address above within sixty (60) days after the Player ID was generated; Requests received after that period are invalid. Handwriting must be legible (as reasonably determined by Sponsor); illegible Requests are void. Each Request must be postmarked from the same state as the Entrant's verified Account address. You may not mechanically reproduce or duplicate a Request Card, and requests must be made only by the Entrant; requests made by any other person or entity are invalid. Non-conforming Requests will not be acknowledged or returned. 7.8. Anti-automation. Tampering with the entry process, or using any device or software to automate requests or entries, is prohibited; any request or entry that Sponsor determines was submitted in a non-conforming or automated manner is void. Where a dispute over the identity of the person who submitted a request cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the request is invalid. 7.9. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due Requests, or for any failure to receive or credit a Request.

8.1. Entrants may use Sweeps Coins to participate in the Sweepstakes for a chance to win additional Sweeps Coins, which may be eligible for redemption for prizes subject to these Rules. The prizes available are shown within each Game's interface. 8.2. Chances of winning. The chance of any particular outcome does not depend on your prior participation, the time of participation, or how much you have participated; each play's outcome is independent. The prize-award rate for each Game — that is, the theoretical proportion of Sweeps Coins returned as prizes across a large number of plays over an extended period — is disclosed within that Game's interface and reflects long-run averages that will vary from play to play and from Game to Game. It is your responsibility to review the applicable prize-award rate before participating. There is no guarantee that you will win any prize. 8.3. Sponsor may change the prize-award rates or odds of any Game at any time in its sole discretion, but not during an in-progress play; current details are shown within each Game's interface. 8.4. No winner until verified. You are not a winner of any prize, and no prize is owed, even if a screen indicates a win, unless and until your eligibility and the winning play have been verified, you have complied with these Rules, and Sponsor has notified you that verification is complete. Sponsor is not required to accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a win, and Sponsor's internal validation records solely control.

9.1. All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor (in any manner Sponsor chooses), and Sponsor's decisions are final and binding. Verification may include confirmation of age, identity, residence, physical location, source of funds and wealth, and sanctions and anti-fraud screening. 9.2. Winning is contingent on complying with these Rules and satisfying all requirements set by Sponsor. A potential winner may be required to sign and return, within the time Sponsor specifies, an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited), and any tax documentation Sponsor requires. 9.3. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely return required documentation, fails to comply with these Rules, is found ineligible, or if a prize notification is returned undeliverable, that person forfeits the prize, and Sponsor may (but is not required to) select an alternate or void the play.

10.1. Playthrough. Unless Sponsor states otherwise, Sweeps Coins obtained by any method must be played through in a Sweepstakes at least once before they count toward the minimum required for a prize redemption. 10.2. Cash prize redemption. An Entrant who accumulates and maintains at least one hundred (100) qualifying Sweeps Coins may elect to redeem them for a cash prize by using the "Redeem" option while signed in, at a rate of USD $1.00 for each one (1) qualifying Sweeps Coin redeemed. A minimum balance of one hundred (100) qualifying Sweeps Coins is required before any cash prize may be claimed. Sponsor may charge a redemption-processing fee not exceeding its reasonably estimated payment-processing cost. 10.3. Verification before redemption. Before any redemption: (a) the name on your payment method must match the name on your User Account; (b) your age, identity, location, and other required checks (including source of funds and wealth) must be complete; and (c) for security and anti-money-laundering purposes, redemptions will be paid only to the payment method or crypto wallet held in your name (you agree to accept payment to that method and agree to provide documentation to identify and verify the payment method). 10.4. Processing. Sponsor processes no more than one redemption request per Account every forty-eight (48) hours and will process requests as soon as reasonably practicable. Redemptions may take up to ten (10) days to process. Redemptions over USD $1,000 may require additional time for bank clearance and security and fraud checks and may be paid in more than one installment. 10.5. Redemption limits and prize caps. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, limit redemptions to USD $400 per Entrant per day. For Entrants who reside in Florida, the maximum value that may be redeemed is USD $5,000 per spin or play round; amounts above USD $5,000 will not be redeemed to Florida residents. These and any other disclosed thresholds, minimums, and maximums apply to keep the Sweepstakes within applicable legal limits. 10.6. Taxes. Entrants are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with receiving or redeeming a prize. Sponsor may require a completed IRS Form W-9 (or other tax documentation) before processing a redemption, and may report prize amounts and withhold taxes as required by law. Sponsor is not responsible for any tax consequences to Entrants. 10.7. Non-transferable; substitution. Sweeps Coins and prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason. 10.8. Expiration; forfeiture. Sweeps Coins expire automatically after an Account is dormant (no Sweeps Coins play activity) for sixty (60) consecutive days. Sweeps Coins have no value and are cancelled and forfeited upon closure, suspension, or termination of the Account for any reason, and if an Account holds fewer than the minimum one hundred (100) qualifying Sweeps Coins at closure, no prize is owed. Sponsor may forfeit Sweeps Coins, and cancel pending redemptions, where an Account is deactivated, where these Rules or the Terms of Service are violated, or where Sponsor reasonably suspects fraud, collusion, or prohibited-jurisdiction access. 10.9. Chargebacks. If any purchase on the Platform is subject to a chargeback, all pending redemptions are cancelled, further redemptions may be refused, and the Account may be suspended or terminated in Sponsor's sole discretion. 10.10. Correction of errors. If any Sweeps Coins or prize is credited or awarded in error — whether due to human error, a bug, a defect, a misconfiguration, or a Game's failure to operate as intended — Sponsor may void and reverse it, and you agree to return or forfeit it. Sponsor is not obligated to honor Sweeps Coins or prizes awarded in error.

11.1. If a Game malfunctions or an error affects a play, the affected play, result, Sweeps Coins, and prize are void. Sponsor may void, in whole or in part, any participation, result, Sweeps Coins, or prize affected by any human error, technical error, bug, defect, misconfiguration, or misprint (including errors in prize-award rates, odds, or software), and may correct Account balances accordingly. Where a result shown on your device differs from Sponsor's server records, the server records control. 11.2. Sponsor is not responsible for downtime, interruptions, latency, connectivity failures, data loss, or other technical disturbances, or for any attempt to participate by means Sponsor did not intend.

12.1. Release. By participating, each Entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and their prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, or promoting the Sweepstakes, together with their respective past and present officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities — including negligence and damages of any kind to persons or property, invasion of privacy, defamation, violation of the right of publicity, infringement of intellectual property rights, property damage, and personal injury or death — arising out of or relating to the Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes, the creation or submission of any entry, or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. 12.2. Indemnity. Each Entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to the Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or the Entrant's acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, or the Entrant's breach of these Rules, the Terms of Service, or any law. 12.3. Disclaimer. The Sweepstakes and the Platform are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. 12.4. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Released Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, and the total aggregate liability of the Released Parties arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes is limited as set forth in the Terms of Service. Nothing in these Rules excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or willful misconduct, or any non-waivable consumer right.

13.1. Except where prohibited, participation constitutes each Entrant's consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of the Entrant's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and city and state for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without further payment, notice, or consideration.

14.1. Modification, suspension, cancellation. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes or these Rules, in whole or in part, at any time, including if fraud, technical failure, changes in applicable law, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of any cancellation, suspension, or material modification will be posted on the SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE website or otherwise provided as required. Your continued participation after a modification takes effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Rules; no modification applies retroactively to a dispute of which Sponsor has received written notice before the modification's effective date. 14.2. Disqualification. Sponsor may disqualify any person it reasonably finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, violating these Rules or any other promotion, or acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, and may void any related Sweeps Coins, entries, and prizes. 14.3. Unlawful interference. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law; Sponsor reserves the right to seek all available remedies, including damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. 14.4. Anti-money laundering; fraud. Sponsor monitors activity to detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing, and may suspend or close an Account, withhold Sweeps Coins and prizes, and report information to authorities and financial partners as described in the Terms of Service. 14.5. Governing law; dispute resolution. These Rules are governed by, and disputes are resolved in accordance with, the governing-law, arbitration, class/mass-action-waiver, jury-trial-waiver, and limitations provisions of the Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference. 14.6. Severability; conflict; entire agreement. If any provision of these Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between these Rules and the Terms of Service regarding the conduct of a Sweepstakes, these Rules control; in all other respects the Terms of Service control. These Rules, together with the Terms of Service and the other Linked Policies, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Sweepstakes.
