Terms of Service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

Last Updated: October 6, 2026 PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES, AND OBLIGATIONS, INCLUDING A BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AGREEMENT SEATED IN LIMASSOL, CYPRUS AND ADMINISTERED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE (ICC), A CLASS-ACTION AND MASS-ACTION WAIVER, AND A JURY-TRIAL WAIVER (SECTION 20), AND A ONE-YEAR LIMITATIONS PERIOD (SECTION 21). BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH US ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS THROUGH ARBITRATION IN CYPRUS UNLESS YOU OPT OUT WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 20. This platform is operated pursuant to a software license agreement with TASKITT LTD, a Cyprus Corporation, 25 Voukourestiou Street, Neptune House, Office 11, 1st Floor Zakaki, 3045 Limassol, Cyprus, URL:www.sweepstakesonline.com ("SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE," "Company," "we," "us," "our," or "Sponsor"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("you," "your," "Player," or "User") and SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE governing your access to and use of the SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE website, related mobile and online applications, and all associated features, games, promotions, and services (collectively, the "Services" or the "Platform"). These Terms incorporate by reference the SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE Privacy Policy, the SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE Promotional Sweepstakes Rules ("Sweepstakes Rules"), and the Responsible Social Gameplay Policy (collectively, the "Linked Policies"). Please read the Linked Policies carefully before using the Services. NO GAMBLING. FOR ENTERTAINMENT ONLY. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE is a social-gaming and promotional-sweepstakes platform offered for entertainment purposes only. The Services do not offer real-money gambling, real-money gaming, or any betting or wagering service, and are not a casino. Although some Games may have themes or visual features that resemble games found in land-based venues, the Games do not provide any real-money gambling opportunity. No purchase or payment of any kind is ever necessary to obtain Sweeps Coins, to enter or play the Promotional Games, or to win or redeem any prize, and making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. See Sections 3 and 8.

HOW YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS

You accept these Terms and the Linked Policies by taking an affirmative act that manifests your agreement, such as checking a box or clicking a button stating that you agree to these Terms during account registration, or, where offered, by scrolling through and accepting these Terms. By taking that action, you represent and agree that: (a) you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Sweepstakes Rules, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Social Gameplay Policy; (b) you have the right, power, and legal capacity to enter into these Terms; (c) you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age; and (d) you are not located in, a resident of, or accessing the Services from a Prohibited Territory (defined below). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access, register for, or use the Services. You consent to transact with us electronically and agree that your electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. We may retain records of your acceptance, including the date, time, version of the Terms accepted, and related account and device information, and you agree that such records are admissible and conclusive evidence of your agreement to these Terms.

PROHIBITED TERRITORIES

The Services are offered only to eligible persons physically located within, and residents of, permitted U.S. states. We do not offer the Services, and you may not access or use the Services (including both the Social Games and the Promotional Games), if you are located in or a resident of any of the following states (the "Prohibited Territories"): Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, California, District of Columbia, Delaware, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, Idaho, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Kentucky, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, Washington, and West Virginia. The Services are also unavailable to any person located outside the United States of America, and to any person in any other state or jurisdiction that, under applicable law, precludes participation in the Games or the Services. Because the Social Games and the Promotional Games are offered as a single, integrated set of Services, if either category may not lawfully be offered in a jurisdiction, we block access to the entire Services in that jurisdiction. We may add to, remove from, or otherwise modify the list of Prohibited Territories at any time, in our sole discretion, including to reflect changes in applicable law, and any such change is effective when posted or otherwise implemented through our geolocation controls. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Services is lawful in your location. We do not provide legal advice and make no representation that your use of the Services is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. See Section 19.

1. Changes to These Terms and the Linked Policies

1.1. We may revise or update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and post the revised Terms on the Platform. We will provide reasonable notice of any material change through the Platform, by email, or by other reasonable means before the change takes effect. 1.2. Following notice of a material change, your continued access to or use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, your sole remedy is to stop using the Services and, if you wish, close your Customer Account before the change takes effect. Non-material changes are effective when posted. No change to these Terms will apply retroactively to a dispute of which we have received written notice before the change's effective date. 1.3. We may likewise modify the Linked Policies from time to time, and the same notice-and-acceptance mechanics in this Section apply. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms and Linked Policies before each use of the Services. 1.4. If you have questions about these Terms or the Linked Policies, contact our Legal department at legal@sweepstakesonline.com. 1.5. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Linked Policies, these Terms control, except that the Sweepstakes Rules control over these Terms with respect to the conduct of a specific Sweepstakes Promotion.

2. Your Customer Account

2.1. To use the Services you must register for a single customer account ("Customer Account"). You may hold only one Customer Account. If you open or attempt to open more than one Customer Account, we may suspend or close any or all such accounts in our sole discretion and void any associated Virtual Currency or prizes. 2.2. If you lose access to your Customer Account, do not open a new one. Contact customer support through the "Contact Us" form to recover your existing account. 2.3. You must provide true, current, and complete information at registration and keep it up to date. The name on your Customer Account must match the government-issued identification you provide for verification and the name on any payment method you use. 2.4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Customer Account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Customer Account, whether or not authorized by you. You will not share, sell, rent, lease, transfer, or allow any other person to access or use your Customer Account, and you will not access any Customer Account transferred from another person. You must ensure that no person under the age of twenty-one (21) can access or use your Customer Account. 2.5. Notify us immediately at support@sweepstakesonline.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of, or any breach of security relating to, your Customer Account. 2.6. We may suspend, restrict, or close your Customer Account, refuse to open a Customer Account, or refuse or reverse any transaction, at any time in our sole discretion, including where we reasonably suspect a violation of these Terms, fraud, collusion, abuse of a promotion, prohibited-jurisdiction access, or unlawful activity, or where required by law or by a payment, banking, or regulatory partner. 2.7. We may close a Customer Account that has been inactive for sixty (60) consecutive days (no gameplay using Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins). We are not required to provide advance notice of such closure but may do so. 2.8. If you wish to close your Customer Account, contact customer support. Closing your Customer Account results in forfeiture of all Virtual Currency associated with it, subject to any prize redemption you have already validly completed under the Sweepstakes Rules. 2.9. We may limit Customer Account registrations to one per household, device, or IP address in our sole discretion. 2.10. If you consent, we may send you marketing communications about SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE and our other brands by email, SMS, or other means. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided or by contacting customer support. Consent to marketing is not a condition of using the Services.

3. Virtual Currency; Limited License; Currency Separation

3.1. Two separate Virtual Currencies. We may offer virtual, in-game currencies for use with the Services ("Virtual Currency"). The Platform uses two distinct and separate Virtual Currencies: (a) Gold Coins are used only to play the standard social games in Social Gameplay (the "Social Games"). Gold Coins have no monetary value, are not a representation of money or of any other thing of value, and can never be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into cash, prizes, government-issued currency, cryptocurrency, or any other thing of value. Gold Coins are used solely to enhance entertainment gameplay. Gold Coins may be obtained for free (for example, through a daily bonus, periodic free allotment, daily wheel spin, or in-game winnings) and may also be purchased for entertainment use where permitted. (b) Sweeps Coins are used only to participate in the promotional sweepstakes games (the "Promotional Games"). Sweeps Coins may, subject to the Sweepstakes Rules, be redeemed for prizes. Sweeps Coins can never be purchased. Sweeps Coins may be obtained only through permitted no-cost methods, such as a free daily allowance, a free wheel spin, as a free bonus accompanying a purchase of Gold Coins, or by submitting a free mail-in Request Card as described in Section 8 and the Sweepstakes Rules. 3.2. Strict separation; no conversion; no commingling. Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins are separate and are never commingled. Gold Coins are used only in the Social Games and Sweeps Coins only in the Promotional Games. There is no mechanism to convert Gold Coins into Sweeps Coins or Sweeps Coins into Gold Coins, and neither may be converted into the other or into any other Virtual Currency. 3.3. No purchase necessary; purchases confer no advantage. No purchase or payment of any kind is ever necessary to obtain Sweeps Coins, to enter or play the Promotional Games, or to win or redeem any prize. A purchase of Gold Coins does not increase your chances of obtaining or winning Sweeps Coins or any prize, does not provide additional entries, and does not provide any preferential access or advantage. Players who obtain Sweeps Coins through the free methods have the same odds of winning as any other Player. 3.4. No value; no ownership; limited license. Virtual Currency is not your property and has no value outside the Services except, in the case of Sweeps Coins, the right to redeem prizes strictly in accordance with the Sweepstakes Rules. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services and any Virtual Currency solely for your personal, private entertainment and strictly in accordance with these Terms. You have no right, title, or ownership interest in the Services, any Virtual Currency, or your Customer Account. These Terms do not sell or assign to you any right, title, or interest in the Services. 3.5. No transfer or secondary market. You may not sell, purchase, gift, trade, transfer, assign, or exchange any Virtual Currency to or with any other person, or exchange any Virtual Currency for value outside the Platform. We do not recognize any purported transfer, sale, gift, or trade of Virtual Currency or of any Customer Account, and any attempt to do so is a material breach of these Terms that may result in suspension, closure, forfeiture, and a permanent ban, and may be reported to authorities. There is no secondary market for any Virtual Currency. 3.6. Our rights over Virtual Currency. We may manage, regulate, control, modify, suspend, or eliminate any Virtual Currency at any time, in our sole discretion, to the extent legally permissible, and we will not be liable for doing so. Upon suspension or closure of your Customer Account, or termination of the Services, all Virtual Currency is revoked, subject only to any prize redemption you have already validly completed. Virtual Currency is not refundable, is not redeemable for cash (other than valid Sweeps Coins prize redemptions under the Sweepstakes Rules), and does not accrue interest. 3.7. No representation of legality. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your acquisition and use of Virtual Currency is lawful in your jurisdiction. By purchasing Gold Coins, you represent that doing so is lawful where you are located and acknowledge that Gold Coins are a consumable entertainment good with no redeemable or cash value.

4. Eligibility

4.1. Your access to the Services is conditioned on your continuing compliance with these Terms. You represent, warrant, and agree, each time you access the Services, that: (a) you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence if greater, and are legally permitted to participate in the Games and access the Services; (b) you are physically located in, and a resident of, a U.S. state that is not a Prohibited Territory, and you will not attempt to access the Services from a Prohibited Territory or by disguising or misrepresenting your location, including through use of a VPN, proxy, or location-spoofing technology; (c) all information you provide to us is truthful, current, complete, and accurate; (d) you are not on any government sanctions, restricted-party, or prohibited-persons list, and you are not a politically exposed person to the extent that would preclude eligibility under applicable law; (e) you will use the Services only for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment and will comply with all laws applicable to you; and (f) you will not engage in any fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity in connection with the Services, and will not use any bot, automated system, or other software-assisted method to participate in the Games. We may void any participation, winnings, or Virtual Currency obtained through such conduct. 4.2. You understand and agree that we do not provide legal advice and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Services complies with the laws that apply to you.

5. Restrictions on Use

5.1. The Services are licensed, not sold, to you. We and our licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights (see Section 12). You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to: (a) delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice; (b) sell, lease, distribute, transfer, license, sublicense, lend, or assign any part of the Services; (c) copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Services; (d) disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code, except to the extent expressly permitted by law; (e) reproduce, scrape, harvest, or build databases from any part of the Services, or create permanent copies of Service content; (f) burden, disrupt, or interfere with the Services or their networks, or circumvent any security, geolocation, age-verification, or access-control measure; (g) make the Services available to multiple users through file-sharing, hosting, or a network; or (h) use the Services to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, defame, or otherwise infringe or violate the rights of any person, or for any unlawful purpose.

6. Purchases of Gold Coins; Payments

6.1. The name on any payment method you use must match the name on your Customer Account. If it does not, we may suspend your Customer Account, void purchases, and adjust your Virtual Currency balance. Notify us immediately if your payment method is lost, stolen, or compromised. 6.2. Payment processors. We may appoint one or more third-party payment processors or payment service providers ("Payment Processors") to process payments to or from you. By purchasing Gold Coins, you authorize us and our Payment Processors to charge your selected payment method and to store your payment credentials in accordance with applicable payment-industry rules. Payment Processors are independent third parties; they act as service providers and are not operators of, or participants in, the Games or any Sweepstakes Promotion. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any Payment Processor, and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, you will not assert any claim against any Payment Processor arising out of your use of the Services. 6.3. Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute relating to any Gold Coin purchase, we may suspend your Customer Account and void the associated Virtual Currency. Amounts subject to a wrongful chargeback are a debt you owe us and may be recovered, and we may decline future purchases from you. 6.4. All Gold Coin purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Purchases must be made in U.S. dollars or another method we support. You are solely responsible for any exchange, transaction, network, or similar fees. 6.5. Gold Coins are typically credited immediately, subject to connectivity or other external delays. Your statement will show the purchase as originating from "TASKITT LTD" You will receive an on-screen confirmation and an email confirmation for each purchase. 6.6. Gold Coins expire after a Customer Account has been inactive (no gameplay using Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins) for sixty (60) consecutive days. 6.7. Customer support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the "Contact Us" form, with a target response time of up to twelve (12) hours. For payment-related queries you may call +1-469-770-0676.

7. Games and Contests

7.1. Individual Games may have additional rules available within the Services. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before playing any Game. 7.2. The Services may include social jackpots for Players to enjoy together. Participation is voluntary. 7.3. Sweepstakes Promotions offered through the Services are governed by the Sweepstakes Rules and any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the promotion. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Sweepstakes Rules or promotion-specific terms, the Sweepstakes Rules or promotion-specific terms govern with respect to that promotion. 7.4. To access the Promotional Games, a Player selects the Sweeps Play mode from the standard Platform. All promotions, contests, boosts, and special offers are subject to these Terms, the Sweepstakes Rules, and any additional published terms. 7.5. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion (including its availability) at any time in our sole discretion. If we reasonably determine that a Player is abusing a promotion, engaging in fraudulent conduct, or seeking an improper advantage, we may withhold, deny, or cancel any bonus, prize, advantage, or award of Sweeps Coins, and may void the related participation.

8. No Purchase Necessary; Free Alternative Method of Entry

8.1. No purchase necessary. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to obtain Sweeps Coins, to enter or participate in the Promotional Games, or to win or redeem any prize. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. 8.2. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). You may obtain Sweeps Coins without any purchase through the free methods described in Section 3.1(b) and, in addition, by submitting a free mail-in request ("Request Card") in accordance with the Sweepstakes Rules. Sweeps Coins obtained through the free methods, including the mail-in Request Card, carry the same odds of winning and the same prize eligibility as Sweeps Coins obtained in any other manner. We do not give any advantage to Players who purchase Gold Coins. The complete, current mechanics for obtaining and redeeming Sweeps Coins, including the mail-in AMOE, are set out in the Sweepstakes Rules, which you should review before participating. 8.3. Redemption; thresholds; limits. Redemption of Sweeps Coins for prizes is subject to the Sweepstakes Rules, including any disclosed minimum redemption amounts, playthrough requirements, verification requirements, processing times, and maximum prize limits. No premature winner claims; disclosure of odds. We will not represent that you have won a prize before a prize is actually determined and validated. Material odds, prize values, and redemption conditions are disclosed in the Sweepstakes Rules or the applicable Game. 8.5. Tax reporting. Prizes may be subject to tax reporting and withholding. You are solely responsible for all taxes arising from any prize you redeem. We may require tax-related information and documentation before processing a redemption and may report prize values to tax authorities as required by law.

We may deny or terminate access based on a location, age, identity, sanctions, or fraud determination. 11.5. You consent to these verification, geolocation, and anti-fraud measures and to our use of third-party service providers to perform them, as further described in the Privacy Policy.

Where a discrepancy exists between a result shown on your device and our server records, the server records govern.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY PARTIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (180) DAYS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). 18.3. You release the Company Parties from any liability arising out of the act or omission of any third party (including any Payment Processor or other user) in connection with your use of the Services. IT REQUIRES YOU AND SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH FINAL, BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION SEATED IN LIMASSOL, CYPRUS AND ADMINISTERED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, AND IT WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU MAY OPT OUT WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 20.10. 20.1. Scope; governing arbitration law. You and SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Services or to these Terms - including the breach, enforcement, interpretation, validity, scope, or arbitrability of these Terms, and including claims that arose before you accepted these Terms (a "Dispute") - will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, except as expressly provided below. The parties agree that the arbitration is international and commercial in nature. This Section 20, and the arbitration agreement it contains, are governed by the International Commercial Arbitration Law of Cyprus (Law 101/1987), as amended, which is based on the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration. Recognition and enforcement of any award are governed by the 1958 New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards, to which the Republic of Cyprus is a party. 20.2. Exceptions. This Section does not require arbitration of: (a) an individual claim brought in a small-claims or equivalent lower court that remains in that court and proceeds on an individual basis; or (b) a claim seeking injunctive or other equitable relief for the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights. Either party may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction to compel arbitration, to obtain interim or protective measures in aid of arbitration, or to recognize or enforce an arbitral award. 20.3. Informal dispute resolution (pre-arbitration notice). Before initiating arbitration, the initiating party must first send a written, individualized notice of dispute ("Notice of Dispute") describing the claim and the relief sought. A Notice of Dispute to us must be sent to legal@sweepstakesonline.com and must include your name, the email address registered to your Customer Account, a description of the Dispute, and the specific relief sought; it must be personally signed by you (and, if you are represented, by your counsel). We will send our Notice of Dispute to the email address on your Customer Account. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the Dispute for sixty (60) days after the Notice of Dispute is received, and either party may request an individualized telephone settlement conference during that period. Completion of this informal process is a condition precedent to commencing arbitration; the applicable limitations period and any arbitration filing deadlines are tolled while the parties comply. A court or arbitrator may enjoin the filing or prosecution of an arbitration commenced without a compliant Notice of Dispute, and any arbitration-provider fees are not payable until this requirement is met. 20.4. Arbitration rules, administrator, seat, language, and arbitrator. Any Dispute not resolved under Section 20.3 will be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (the "ICC Rules") in force at the time of filing, as modified by these Terms. The arbitration will be administered by the ICC International Court of Arbitration. The seat (legal place) of the arbitration is Limassol, Cyprus, and the arbitration will be governed by the arbitration law of Cyprus as the law of the seat. The arbitration will be conducted in the English language by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the ICC Rules. To reduce cost and inconvenience, hearings may be conducted by video, by telephone, or on the basis of written submissions. The Company will not require a U.S. consumer to travel internationally for an in-person hearing. Any hearing will, at your election, be conducted by video, by telephone, or on the basis of written submissions, or held in person in or near the county or locality of your residence; the Company will not require you to attend an in-person hearing in Limassol, Cyprus. The location or manner of any hearing does not affect the legal seat (legal place) of the arbitration, which remains Limassol, Cyprus. Where the amount in dispute qualifies, the ICC Expedited Procedure Provisions will apply. This Section does not incorporate, and the parties do not consent to, any class-arbitration procedures. 20.5. Delegation. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve any Dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement, including any claim that all or part of it is void or voidable, except that: (a) the interpretation and enforceability of the Class-Action and Mass-Action Waiver in Section 20.6 is for a court and not the arbitrator; (b) any dispute about whether a party has satisfied the condition precedent in Section 20.3 is for a court; and (c) any dispute about which version of these Terms applies is for a court. 20.6. Class-action, collective-action, and mass-action waiver. You and SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, mass, consolidated, or representative proceeding, whether in arbitration or in court. The arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of more than one person and may not preside over any form of class, collective, mass, or representative proceeding, and may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that party's individual claim. If a court or arbitrator decides that this waiver is unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, then that claim or request for relief (and only that claim or request) will be severed and may proceed in court, while all other claims will proceed in individual arbitration; the parties do not consent to class, collective, or mass arbitration under any circumstances. 20.7. Coordinated filings; batch arbitration. If twenty-five (25) or more Notices of Dispute or arbitration demands of a substantially similar nature are submitted against us, or by claimants represented by or coordinated with the same or coordinated counsel, within a thirty (30)-day period, the demands will be administered by the ICC in batches of no more than one hundred (100) at a time, with all demands in a batch arbitrated concurrently by a single arbitrator, to the extent permitted by and consistent with the ICC Rules. Where practicable, the ICC will be requested to treat the administrative and arbitrator fees for the batch as fees for a single case. The parties will cooperate in good faith to implement this process efficiently and fairly, and each claimant retains the individualized nature of, and individual relief available in, his or her own arbitration. This provision does not use sequential bellwether rounds, does not bind any claimant to the outcome of another claimant's case, and does not cap the number of claims that may ultimately be arbitrated. The applicable limitations period is tolled for all affected claimants while this process is pending. 20.8. Authority and fees. Except as limited by the waiver in Section 20.6, the arbitrator may grant any remedy that would be available in a court on an individual basis, including interim and conservatory measures. Payment and allocation of ICC administrative expenses, arbitrator fees, and the costs of the arbitration are governed by the ICC Rules and the arbitrator's determination under them; we will pay or reimburse fees to the extent required by the ICC Rules or applicable law. In addition, for any individual arbitration you commence in compliance with Section 20.3, your share of the ICC filing and administrative fees and the arbitrator's fees will not exceed two hundred fifty U.S. dollars ($250) in total, and we will pay or advance the remainder of those fees on your behalf; the arbitrator will determine the final allocation and any reimbursement under the ICC Rules. Each party otherwise bears its own legal fees and costs, except where applicable law, the ICC Rules, or these Terms provide otherwise. 20.9. Confidentiality of proceedings. The parties will maintain the confidential nature of the arbitration and any award, except as necessary to prepare for or conduct the arbitration, to enforce or challenge an award, or as required by law. 20.10. Your right to opt out of arbitration. You may opt out of this Section 20 (other than the small-claims and injunctive-relief provisions) by sending written notice within thirty (30) days after you first accept these Terms (or first became subject to an arbitration provision with us) to legal@sweepstakesonline.com, including your name, address, the email registered to your Customer Account, and a clear statement that you do not wish to resolve Disputes through arbitration. An opt-out notice received after the 30-day period is not effective. Opting out affects only the arbitration and class/mass-waiver provisions of this Section 20 and does not affect any other provision of these Terms. If you opt out (or previously opted out of an arbitration provision with us), Sections 20.1 and 20.3 through 20.9 do not apply to you, and the exclusive-forum provisions of Section 22 govern. 20.11. Survival and severability. This Section survives termination of these Terms and of your Customer Account. Except as provided in Section 20.6, if any part of this Section is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. The parties' agreement to arbitrate on an individual basis is a standalone agreement, and the invalidity of any other provision of these Terms does not affect it.

21. One-Year Limitations Period

21.1. To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the act, omission, or event giving rise to the claim, after which it is permanently barred, regardless of any longer statutory period.

22. Governing Law; Forum

22.1. These Terms and any Dispute are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except that Section 20 (including the arbitration agreement) is governed by the International Commercial Arbitration Law of Cyprus (Law 101/1987), as amended, as the law of the seat. 22.2. Subject to Section 20, any Dispute that is not subject to arbitration, and any court application permitted under Section 20.2 (including to compel arbitration, obtain interim or protective relief, or recognize or enforce an award), will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Limassol, Cyprus, and you and SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking recognition or enforcement of an arbitral award in any court of competent jurisdiction worldwide under the New York Convention.
